WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A PADDOCK CLUB TICKET WITH WILLIAMS RACING?
Enjoy prime views of the start/finish straight and pit lane, all day refreshments and open bar, access to circuit tours on the driver parade trucks and exclusive scheduled daily pit lane walks. Show your Paddock Club ticket at the Williams Racing garage during the pit lane walk for an exclusive, closer look at the action. In addition, guests can expect a gift bag on Saturday & Sunday, and we will endeavour to show you the team garage at some point across the weekend, availability permitting. Please note all activities are subject to change.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE ALL THE EVENT INFORMATION INCLUDING TIMETABLE,CIRCUIT MAP ETC.?
Event details, including the timetable, parking map, transport details, and more are available through our Williams Events app. Details on how to access the app will be shared in the week leading up to the race.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Ticket collection/delivery details will be communicated in alignment with the above. Depending on the event location, guests can choose between delivery to a UK address or collection onsite from a local address on Thursday before the race weekend.
CAN I ACCESS THE FORMULA 1 PADDOCK AND WILLIAMS RACING TEAM GARAGE?
A Paddock Club ticket with Williams Racing does not permit or guarantee access to the Paddock and team garage. However, Williams Racing Paddock Club attendees enjoy exclusive access to the front of the teams garage during scheduled pit lane walks. Simply present your credential at the barrier around the garage during the pit lane walk for entry. While we aim to bring all guests down to the Williams Racing garage and Paddock during the weekend, availability is not guaranteed.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PADDOCK CLUB ‘CLUB SUITE’ AND ‘TEAM SUITE’?
For select races, we offer a private and exclusive Williams Racing suite within the Paddock Club hospitality. In 2025, these races will be Australia, Miami, Silverstone, Las Vegas, Singapore, Austin and Abu Dhabi. During the other events, guests will be accommodated in the ‘Club Suite’ which is a shared Formula 1 Paddock Club environment.
IS THERE RESERVED SEATING IN PADDOCK CLUB?
The Williams Racing team will endeavour to allocate all guests a designated seat within the Williams Racing team suite or shared Formula 1 Club suite. However please note this is not guaranteed and guests may be required to share tables.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Paddock Club operates a smart casual dress code. Polo/dress shirts are recommended with smart jeans and trainers being acceptable, however for the avoidance of doubt non-Williams Formula 1 team apparel, tracksuits, and ripped/torn jeans are not permitted. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes as there can be a lot of walking involved in the event days.
Strictly no non-Williams Formula 1 team apparel is to be worn. Failing to adhere to this dress code may result in refusal of entry.

WHAT ARE THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOURAL STANDARDS IN PADDOCK CLUB?
To ensure a fantastic experience for all, we kindly request considerate behaviour throughout. Please note that ticket holders are accountable for themselves and their guests' conduct. Williams Racing maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drunken or disrespectful behaviour, reserving the right to refuse entry or remove individuals not complying with these terms.
WILL WI-FI BE AVAILABLE?
Wi-Fi will be available throughout the Formula 1 Paddock Club premises. Please speak to a member of the team for the username and password.
ARE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE BETWEEN GUESTS EACH DAY?
Paddock Club tickets come as 3-day tickets which are physical passes transferable between guests each day. Each 3-day ticket represents each day of the event - often Friday, Saturday and Sunday; though for some events - Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Kindly be aware that rotating guests on the same day is not permitted; once a daily ticket is used, it must stay with the assigned guest.
CAN I PARK AT THE TRACK?
Formula 1 Paddock Club guests enjoy exclusive access to the designated Paddock Club parking area, provided they possess a valid Paddock Club parking pass. These passes are allocated based on the number of tickets purchases, as outlined in the ratios below. Parking passes are issued on a day-by-day basis, additional Paddock Club parking options can be discussed with a member of the Williams team. Should there be availability, the cost for a 3-day parking pass is $225.00.

WHAT IS A CHAUFFEUR PASS AND WHEN ARE THEY REQUIRED?
For races held at circuits where the Paddock Club parking is located within the track (such as Japan, Spain, Silverstone, Belgium, Hungary, Monza, Austin, Mexico, Brazil, Qatar, & Abu Dhabi). Chauffeur passes become mandatory when the driver does not have a ticket to enter the circuit, whether they're in a coach or car. Chauffeur passes should be utilised alongside a Paddock Club parking pass and can be acquired at a cost of $175.00 for a 3-day pass.
I WANT TO BRING MY GUESTS TO THE TRACK IN A COACH, WHAT PASSES DO I NEED?
For vehicles carrying over 15 passengers, a coach pass is required. Coach parking passes can be exchanged for 5 car parking passes or purchased at the rate of $800.00 for a 3-day pass. Additionally, chauffeur passes are required if the driver does not have a Paddock Club ticket and the parking is located inside the track. Please speak to a member of the Williams team for availability.
CAN I GET A TAXI TO THE CIRCUIT?
Taxis are readily available at most circuits. We recommend booking through the preferred taxi provider in each country or using Uber services. Not all circuits have a taxi rank available, so pre-booking is recommended. Detailed information regarding the taxi route and recommended providers will be detailed in the Williams Events app.
WHAT IF I NO LONGER NEED MY TICKETS OR LOSE THEM?
Once an order has been submitted on the ticketing portal, all tickets are non-refundable and subject to the terms and conditions set by Formula 1 Management who operate a non-replacement policy. In the event of ticket loss or if you no longer need them, please promptly notify a member of the Williams Racing team.
IS THE PADDOCK CLUB FACILITY WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
While facilities may differ at each circuit, Paddock Club mandates wheelchair accessibility for all locations. If additional assistance is needed, kindly reach out to a member of the Williams Racing team at your earliest convenience.
WHAT FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Paddock Club guests can indulge in a diverse array of gourmet dishes and open bars throughout the weekend. Should any guests have food allergies, please inform a member of the Williams Racing team at the earliest opportunity before the event. Alternatively, this information can be shared through the Williams Events app.
WILL THERE BE A CLOAKROOM AVAILABLE IN PADDOCK CLUB?
Regrettably, the Paddock Club facility does not provide cloakroom services and cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of personal items. It is advised not to bring large pieces of luggage or valuable items on-site. In cases where Williams has a private suite, we can accommodate coats but not luggage or valuable items. Please note that any property or items brought into the facility or the circuit by the guest are at their own risk.
WILL I GET TO MEET THE WILLIAMS RACING DRIVERS?
At races where we have a private suite, we will make every effort to arrange driver appearances in the suite, but please note that this is subject to driver scheduling. For races where guests are in a Paddock Club shared club suite, we aim to bring the drivers to the front of the Williams Racing garage during one of the pit lane walks over the weekend. However, please be aware that this is not guaranteed.
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON CHILDREN ATTENDING?
Any guest who is under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult ticket holder, who shall take full responsibility for such guest. Each person seeking admission to the facility during the event must have their own ticket regardless of their age, with the exception of babes in arms. Children below the age of 7 will only be admitted into the facility if the parent/guardian of such children signs a letter of undertaking (in the form provided by FOHES) to indemnify the Formula 1 Companies in respect of any liability arising from their decision to bring such children into the facility and to the event. This letter may be obtained in advance of the event by emailing hospitality@f1.com or can otherwise be obtained upon the ticket holder’s admission to the facility.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
No animals are permitted within Paddock Club, although it may be possible to make special exceptions for any person that requires an assistance animal, such as a guide dog, for health and safety reasons to attend the event. Please inform a member of the Williams Racing team as soon as possible if you will be bringing an assistance animal.
DOES MY PADDOCK CLUB TICKET PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE CONCERTS?
At select races, access to concerts is granted with a valid Paddock Club ticket. For more details, please contact a member of the Williams Racing team. We recommend checking the promoter's website for concert scheduling during the race event. Please note, this is not at every race.
WHERE CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE?
Official Formula 1 merchandise will be available to purchase both at the circuit Fan Zone and in the Paddock Club facility. Please reach out to a member of the Williams Racing team on-site for assistance and directions.
WHAT IS A PIT LANE WALK?
Paddock Club ticket holders are granted exclusive access to the pit lane at scheduled times throughout the weekend. This unique opportunity allows guests to stroll down the pit lane, observe the mechanics preparing the cars, and immerse themselves in the thrilling atmosphere. The pit lane walk experience is open to all Paddock Club guests, with no need for sign-ups. Simply follow the signs for pit lane walk during the designated times outlined in the event timetable.
What is a truck tour?
Guests are offered the opportunity to take a lap of an F1 circuit on the back of an open-top truck. Guests will be guided through every twist, turn and fast paced straight. Please be aware guests must sign up for truck tours individually at the Formula 1 entertainment desk (located within the Paddock Club facility) when at the event. The Williams Racing team are not able to pre-book slots and would advise signing up as early as possible due to high demand and limited availability.
CAN I SMOKE AT THE EVENT?
During the event, Formula 1 may designate specific areas within the facility as smoking areas, clearly marked for this purpose. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited outside of these designated areas. For guidance on locating the designated smoking areas, please consult with a member of the Williams Racing team when on site.
WHAT IS THE PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY DURING THE EVENT?
In Paddock Club photography and videos are encouraged over the race weekend although with some exceptions, which will be brought to your attention where applicable. Please be considerate of others when recording and taking your own content. In addition to this, to record or transmit any data or information to be used for public advertisement, display and/or commercial gain is strictly prohibited. If you have any questions on this, please ask a member of the Williams team. If you find yourself in the Williams Racing garage, please note there are times when photography is prohibited due to exposed intellectual property, your Williams host will guide you on when you can take photos and videos.

Is there a bag policy for Paddock Club?
At select races, the circuit enforce a bag policy. This is usually to determine the size of the bag and any prohibited items. Please check the Williams Events app before each race as all details will be outlined on there.
